Can I cancel/change my order?

If you'd like to cancel or modify your order, please email us at yes@nonasties.in within 24 hours and we'll sort it out. Easy breezy.

We are unable to modify or cancel your order once it has been placed and handed over to a third-party carrier for shipping. Please make sure all information is correct before completing your order.

I can’t find the product/size I was looking for. Do you make customised products?

Unfortunately, our supply chain doesn’t allow customized orders. We also don’t alter products but we can certainly advise whether and how products can be altered. Email us at yes@nonasties.in and we’ll do our best to help you out.

How can I receive an invoice for my order?

Please email us at yes@nonasties.in and we'll send you an invoice including GST details.

What payment methods do you accept?

For domestic orders within India you can pay via debit or credit card, UPI, wallets, Net Banking or PayPal.

For International orders, we use PayPal as our payment gateway.

Do you accept bulk or wholesale orders?

Yes we do. Email us at yes@nonasties.in with your enquiry and we’ll open a wholesale account as well as send you all required details.

Where do I find the measurements of the product I like?

You can find all details such as fabric and style information as well as measurements for each size on each product page below Product Details and Product Measurements.  

How do care for/wash my No Nasties products?

Wash less and wash smart: colours together, cold wash, line dry or tumble dry on low heat.

Shipping within India

How much do you charge for shipping?

Shipping is free for all orders with a purchase value of ₹3000 and more.

For order values below ₹3000, we charge ₹100 for standard shipping.

How do you ship orders?

No Nasties ships its products to almost all parts of India. For most destinations, we use reputed domestic courier options such as Delhivery or Bluedart. For remote destinations, we ship via India Post.

Most deliveries happen via road. However, if you place your order with priority shipping we will book a shipment via air.

How long will the delivery take?

Standard Shipping: Orders placed will be shipped within 3 business days from our Goa warehouse. We ship on all days except Sunday and National Holidays.

For all areas serviced by reputed couriers, the delivery time would be within 7 business days of shipping. For other areas, the products will be shipped through India Post and may take 2-3 weeks depending on location.

Priority shipping: Orders placed with priority shipping will be shipped on the next business day by air from our Goa warehouse. For metro cities, the products will likely be delivered within 2 business days from the day of shipment.

What are my options for faster shipping?

During checkout, you can choose between standard and priority shipping. Standard shipping happens via road and takes 10-14 days. With priority shipping, we ship via air and the products should reach within 3-7 days. This costs ₹200 per order.

How can I track my order?

After you have placed your order, you’ll receive two emails. One is the order confirmation and the second will contain the link to the tracking page. Furthermore, you’ll receive a WhatsApp message with the tracking information.

Can I change my address after placing the order?

If you'd like to modify your order, please email us at yes@nonasties.in within 24 hours and we'll sort it out. Easy breezy.

Why is my order taking so long?

At times there might be unexpected delays in the delivery of your order due to unavoidable and undetermined logistics challenges beyond our control for which No Nasties is not liable.

Also, No Nasties reserves the right to cancel your order at its sole discretion in cases where it takes longer than usual delivery time or the shipment is physically untraceable and refund the amount paid for cancelled product(s) to your source account.

International Shipping

How much does international shipping cost?

International shipping charges depend on the destination. Once you add your complete shipping address at check out, you will be able to see the shipping fee that will apply to your order. Here are the shipping fees for the most popular destinations:

Shipping to the US: US$ 11

Shipping to the UK: GDP 9

Shipping to most of the EU: EUR 10

Shipping to Canada: CAD 15

Shipping to Australia & New Zealand AUD 15/ NZD 17

If your order value exceeds US$ 300, we will have to charge a higher fee. Get in touch with us on yes@nonasties.in if you're placing a large order so we can find a solution for you.

How do you ship international orders?

We ship via a commercial courier (usually DHL) or postal service.

How much will I pay in import taxes?

Your destination country may charge taxes and/or duties on goods shipped to you from abroad. These charges are the responsibility of the customer. Please contact your local postal service or Customs office if you have any queries on additional charges for your country. 

We are not able to determine import taxes, as they depend on a number of factors, including but not limited to the country of shipping destination and product price. Please understand that we cannot include these costs in our shipping charges, as that would increase them drastically due to the handling fees by the couriers.

But you can get an idea about the approximate costs for taxes & duties in your country here.

How long will the delivery take?

All International orders are typically shipped within 5 business days from our Goa warehouse via a commercial courier or the postal service.

They typically reach within 14 business days after they are shipped by courier, and within 30 days if they are shipped by the postal service, depending on the destination.

We cannot guarantee this delivery time though, as it depends on how efficient your country’s Customs agents are. All international packages are trackable once they are scanned in by the carrier.

How can I track my order?

Returns & Exchanges

How do I return or exchange my order?

To start your return process, go to our Order Returns page. Please keep your order number as well as your email address ready.

You can either choose between a store credit that'll be valid for 2 years or an exchange, which depends on availability.

We accept returns and exchanges within 15 days of the order delivery.

We request you to return the products in their original packaging. If you have received your order in an Ecovia bag, the return of the bag will be separate. For that, please scan the code on the bag to schedule the pick-up. In that case, you can return the products without any packaging.

Please note that we will NOT accept returns of products that have been used, laundered or customer damaged.

Please note that we do NOT accept returns or exchanges for items on sale.

The cost of delivery for the initial order is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of the return pick-up and the delivery of the replacement items to you within India.

How long does the exchange/return process take?

Please allow up to 5 business days for returns & exchanges to be processed once we receive the request. After that, the pick-up and return to our warehouse might take up to 14 business days.

When will I receive my store credit/exchange?

Upon receiving the return products, we will issue the store credit or ship the exchange order within seven business days.

How long is the store credit I've received valid for?

The store will be valid for two years from the date of issue.

How can I find my store credit and its value?

We email you the store credit details after receiving the return products. Usually, you can find it in your inbox. If you aren’t able to locate your store credit, email us at yes@nonasties.in.

What is the status of my return or exchange?

To find out the status of your return or exchange request, email us at yes@nonasties.in.

Can I return my international order?

Unfortunately, we cannot process returns or exchanges for international orders at the moment. The reason is very simple: we do not want to add to the carbon footprint of our products any further.

If you do have any severe issues with the products, get in touch with our customer care team at yes@nonasties.in and we'll do our best to work out a solution.

How Do I unsubscribe from No Nasties Emails?

You can unsubscribe from our emails by scrolling down to the bottom of any email and clicking the “unsubscribe” link. Can’t find the unsubscribe button? Make sure that it’s not being clipped from your email by clicking “View Entire Message” at the bottom of your email.

What are the different ways to shop at No Nasties?

You can shop online or at our flagship store in Assagao, North Goa.
