1. Marketing Manager

We are looking for an execution powerhouse to drive our multi-channel marketing efforts. While you will assist with strategy, your primary superpower will be leading the flawless execution of our campaigns, keeping a sharp eye on metrics and data to optimise performance.

Responsibilities: Full execution ownership of social media, email marketing, performance marketing/advertising, and WhatsApp campaigns. Track, analyse, and report on marketing KPIs to ensure data-driven growth.
The Profile: 3+ years of relevant marketing experience. You must be deeply detail-oriented, KPI-focused, and data-driven. Oh, and must be a joy to work with!
Location: Ideally full-time in our North Goa HQ, but open to remote work from within India for the right candidate.
Compensation: ₹50,000 to ₹80,000 per month (based on experience)

2. Production Merchandiser

We need an organized, vendor-savvy professional to manage our end-to-end production pipeline. You will be the crucial bridge between our in-house design team and our manufacturing partners across India, ensuring quality and timelines are strictly met.

Responsibilities: Manage sampling, bulk production, costing, and overall on-time delivery of all purchase orders. Coordinate closely with our design team and maintain strong, productive, and happy relationships with multiple vendors nationwide.
The Profile: 3+ years of direct experience managing vendor relations and apparel production. Must understand the life-cycle of the fashion industry from protos to tech-packs to SMS to bulk and QC. Bonus points if you have a background or interest in contributing to design and planning. Oh, and you must be a joy to work with!
Location: Only for a full-time role in our North Goa HQ, no remote work option.
Compensation: ₹40,000 to ₹80,000 per month (based on experience)
