Returns & Refunds
Please let us know your reasons for returns and/or exchange requirements within 2 weeks of receiving the order.
If you need a size exchange, we'd happily arrange for that depending on availability.
If you need to return a product, or exchange it for another, we're happy to arrange for that too.
We request you to return the products in their original packaging along with the CLOTH BAGS and PAPER TAGS intact.
Please note that we will NOT accept returns of products that have been used, laundered or customer damaged.
Please note that we do NOT accept returns or refunds for items on sale.
The cost of delivery for returns/refunds is not refundable, but we will gladly cover the cost of delivering replacement items to you if it's within India.
Unfortunately, we cannot offer the same terms to international customers and shipping charges would apply for order exchanges.

Please allow up to 5 working days for exchanges/refunds to be processed once we receive them.
For order returns, we'll credit your original payment method within a week of receiving the products back from you.
If you'd like to cancel your order, please send us an email at email@example.com within 24 hours and we'll sort it out. Easy breezy.
Make sure you fill in your correct address when ordering from us.
We cannot accept responsibility for the wrong address being used with an order.
Email us if your clothes do not arrive and we'll get in touch with our courier company to track down the package.
